We ship most orders via United Parcel Service(UPS), United States Postal Service(USPS) Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the product and/or location where it has to be delivered. The shipping costs are calculated directly online by each respective shipping company based on your location.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being processed but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the United States, Canadian and International orders may take longer depending on the location and shipping option.
There are additional shipping charges for destinations outside of the Continental United States. To calculate the shipping costs for your location, select the items you wish to purchase and select the shipping estimator. Enter your information selecting the appropriate "Shipping Destination" and proceed to view the various shipping options available.
All local tax, duties or brokerage fees for Canadian and International orders are the responsibility of the recipient. We will do our best to send packages the most efficient way.
You may return an item purchased from us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied. All returns require an Approved Return Authorization. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before making any returns.
Shipping costs for returns will be at the customer expense through customer carrier of choice.
After receiving a return authorization, return the item(s) along with RMA number and copy of invoice/order via US Mail to:

All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, unwashed, damage, dings or scrapes. Returned items not adhering to this policy may be subject to a restocking/handling fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD returns. Orders placed outside of the continental US are not eligible for exchanges, only refunds will be issued. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
If you wish to make an exchange for items of "higher value", we recommend you place a new order and we will credit you for your return.
Gretschgear will process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle. Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. You will be issued a refund for items that are no longer available for which there is no satisfactory replacement.
CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible after it has been placed. Provided that the shipping process of an order has not yet been initiated, we will be happy to attempt to change or cancel it for you.
Unfortunately, if the shipping process has been initiated, we are not able to change, cancel or stop the shipment. Upon receipt, however, you may return the item (subject to the return policy terms).
