How to Order
ORDER ONLINE

Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
 
Processing
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within 3-5 days from the time your order is placed.  
 
Shipping Methods
All domestic and international orders have shipping options by U.S. Mail, UPS or DHL. Delivery time will be based on shipping option you choose. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight, size and your location.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S. Only)
Charges
The shipping costs are calculated directly online by each respective shipping company based on your location.
Orders $100 and over receive free shipping. *Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped at actual freight.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Charges
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and costs are calculated directly online by each respective shipping company based on your location.
 
All local tax, duties or brokerage fees for Canadian and International orders are the responsibility of the recipient.  We will do our best to send packages the most efficient way.

Email Notification
A valid email address is required at time of placing order to receive order confirmation and shipment notifications.
 
Title to Products Shipped
All items purchased from GretschGear are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

All items must be returned for a refund or replacement in original, unaltered condition within 14 days of purchase.
 
1. Please email info@gretschgear.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Shipping costs for returns will be at the customer's expense through the customer's carrier of choice.  We do not accept COD returns. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

GretschGear will process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).  Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle. 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.  These include CD's, music, etc.  Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Note all prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. All specials and closeouts are subject to availability.

Exchanges

If your clothing item has not be worn, washed or altered, you may exchange for a different size or color.  Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.  You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will be responsible for cost of return shipping.

Please note that all clearance items are final sale - No returns or refunds!
 
Damages
If your order sustained damage during shipping, please file a damaged claim with the carrier and contact us.
 
Promotions
Terms of offer are subject to change without notice. Offer cannot be applied retroactively or redeemed for cash.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

You may notify us by email at info@gretschgear.com to request a change or cancellation to your order; however, if your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we will not be able to cancel or change your order.
